My philosophy~
I choose to offer a package, rather than single sessions, to create locked in shifts. Accountability, consistency, and devotion are pillars of my coaching practice. 5 sessions allow us the proper time and space to cultivate trust, dive deep, and bloom into expansion.

*Heart opening check ins, somatic grounding practices, intention setting
*Rose embodiment activation (first session)
*Sacred feminine archetype framework/exploration
*Safe space to unfurl and be witnessed in sharing your inner world, experiences challenges, desires, etc
*Reflections to support you in expanding your capacity to shift, transmute, and return to the embodiment of your own inner power
*Rose oracle card pulls for intuitive clarity and guidance
*Ongoing support via WhatsApp throughout the entire container
*Further integration support via pre & post embodiment work
