Welcome! My name is Lauren Maddison. In my work I am an energy healing practitioner, embodiment coach, and self taught artist. In my heart I am a sensitive, free spirited, creative soul. I am a bisexual woman who is an advocate for the safety and inclusivity of ALL sentient life. This is an LGBTQIA+ , animal rights, earth guarding, goddess centered safe space.🧚🏻‍♂️

I believe in living a womb led life~ restoring reverence and connection to the sacred feminine energy which pulses through all of us. My intention is to weave this way of being into the way I work with others.

Due to early experiences of depression, self harm, & trauma I found myself walking through life in an intensely fragmented state. I suffered from feeling disconnected, unworthy, and unsafe in this world (as I know many can relate to). My passion for supporting women in particular is born from my own healing regarding reproductive grief and sexual trauma.

Since I was 19 years old, I have been on an intentional journey of healing from the root and reconnecting with my wholeness. Through this journey I have reclaimed my relationship with my authentic self, and trained to hold space for others to do the same. I am passionate about using my skills to support others in their embodiment journey and experiencing the brilliance of their own inner wisdom. Ultimately, I hope to spark the remembrance of our capacity to feel free, heart led, and worthy of experiencing a magical, fulfilling existence.

I express myself through art, coaching, energy healing, speaking, teaching, and writing. My work is an extension of compassion and conscious empowerment. A core belief I hold within my practice is that we are each our own healer, directly connected to the source of life itself. My role here is to serve as a safe space and guide to support you in returning home to yourself on the deepest level.
