Reiki~ which translates in English to universal life force energy~ is a gentle energy healing technique which originated in Japan. This healing energy is channeled through my hands to you at a distance. The high frequency of this energy shifts your vibrational state of being. This results in experiencing relaxation, energetic release, and an overall uplifted state of being.

Womb Reiki~ a specialized Reiki practice concentrated upon the wellbeing of the womb space. This work is deeply rooted in connection to sacred feminine wisdom. It is multidimensional- supporting with healing from reproductive/sexual trauma, internalized shame, negative stories, ancestral imprints, buried grief, and psychic disconnection. The intention is to support the wellbeing of your womb through clearing and uplifting at the root. Creating space for you to release fear and reconnect with love. Ultimately reclaiming your own power, beauty, and truth.

A celebratory art series that is designed to honor the innate power of women’s vulvas. The intention is to highlight to unique beauty, diversity, and healing frequency each vulva holds. These pieces serve as visual activations reminding you of the sacred portal that exists within you.

A ceremonial coaching experience where you are guided to connect with the plant consciousness~ Rose. Together we clarify your intentions and shine a lot upon any shadows calling for awareness and alchemy. This occurs through grounded space holding where there is a focus upon cultivating self love through devotional living. In doing so you not only learn about Rose’s multidimensional healing benefits, but you initiate your embodiment journey with her.

There is a deep emphasis on emotional release, heart opening, somatic practices, reparenting, self worth, and cyclical living. To hold you through this work to the best of my ability, I offer a package of 5x 90 minute sessions scheduled at a pace that feels right for you. This time and space allows for deeper journeying together. We dive into the foundations of rose medicine through a triple goddess archetypal framework.
